1. PROFILE GUIDELINES
   

• Age. In order to become part of Our community You must be at least 18 years old or have full legal capacity under jurisdiction of Your domicile. Creating a profile with the intension of misleading other users as You being under the age of 18 is prohibited. For the assurance and safety of its users, the Company preserves the right to ask You for a photo or scan of Your ID card, driving licence etc. In the case of disclosing Your minority, We reserve the right to permanently block Your account and the access to the Website. We encourage You to report profiles that You suspect are underage and profiles You suspect may be engaging in the exploitation of minors.

• Profile photos. As Your first priority objective in joining Our community is to find someone as remarkable as You make sure that Your profile reflects You, Your personality, character and Your authentic appearance. Therefore, we require at least one of your profile photos to depict only You and to clearly show Your full face. In addition, we do not permit:
  

• profile photos that are heavily distorted or feature exaggerated or unrealistic digital effects, making it difficult to clearly identify You as a person in the photo,
  

• profile photos of a sexual context, vulgar, aggressive or containing inappropriate gestures. Make sure that Your photo complies with the Website’s rules of respect and elegance,
  

• any stickers, icons, emotes, frames or other overlaid symbols that are not from ExclusiveDates on Your photos,
  

• profile photos which contain only memes, graphics or texts,
• profile photos featuring children, moreover we prohibit uploading photos with unclothed children. We have zero - tolerance policy for the sharing or posting child sexual materials

• Username. We allow Our Users to use initials, abbreviations and contracted or reduced forms their first and last name, nicknames, full names and middle names. Furthermore, We do not require You to use Your legal or full name, however the username should be an accurate reflection of the name used in You daily life. Besides, we do not permit:
  

• usernames which may be considered as vulgar, aggressive or inappropriate,
• usernames that are not suitable for Website’s profile,
• using the name of a celebrity or fictional character,
• usernames including words or characters other than a valid name, e.g. descriptive words, symbols (e.g. +, £, §, $, *), emojis, numbers or punctuation,

This includes: unsolicited explicit content (also known as “cyberflashing”); sending unwanted sexualized comments on someone’s appearance; sharing or threatening to share images of a sexual or intimate context without the consent of the person involved or depicted.
  

• Hate speech:
  

• We do not allow any kind of violent behaviours, threats, offensive or harmful content, encouraging dangerous behaviours.
  

• Discrimination:
  

• We do not accept distribution of harmful stereotypes, prejudices; dehumanization and discrimination; hate-motivated bigotry; violence; threats and abuse of all kinds. We kindly ask You to report Us any incidents of that sort.
  

• Any kind of violence or violent content:
  

• We do not tolerate any content or behaviour that is based on acts of physical or sexual violence. This include inter alia: distribution of violent graphics, photos, videos containing real or realistic-looking blood, other bodily fluids, body parts or injuries etc.; distribution of images of any kind of weapons (with the exception of uniformed representatives of law enforcement or military personnel). Furthermore it contains inter alia: stalking; sexual assault of any kind; facilitating or supporting exploitation or human trafficking.
  

• Commercial or promotional activity:
  

• Our Website is not a marketplace of any kind. We prohibit the usage of it in purposes of buying, selling, supplying or distribution (and other similar activities) of illegal substances or drugs (e.g. e-cigarettes, cannabis, drug accessories) and improper use of legal substances such as prescription medications, alcohol etc. Moreover, the company runs zero-tolerance policy for services of prostitution; facilitation of prostitution; human trafficking or distributing nude photos or videos with sexual context in exchange for financial benefits. That kind of offers are strictly banned on Our Website.
  

• Scams and Thefts:
  

• We prohibit any type of activities that are directed towards the exploitation of of any kind of resources (above all financial ones) from other Users like seeking for financial support (sponsoring), lying about Your intensions for financial benefits, the same as faking romantic intentions for material resources.

• We do not accept sharing misleading or demonstrably untrue content that possibly may cause serious harm or adversely affect individual or public safety. This includes inter alia spreading: fake-news; dangerous and unproven conspiracy-type theories; false or misleading information about individuals or groups (e.g. celebrities, politicians);  
  

• Promoting hate groups or terrorism:
  

• We prohibit any types of promoting activities of groups that proclaim, glorify, condone or are notorious for supporting violent, hazardous or terrorist-based mission.
  

• Any other kind of behaviour that we may consider to be inappropriate on Our Website:
  

• This might be inter alia: attempts of creating a fictional persona (catfishing) or of creating multiple profiles of one person; stating false facts about yourself (e.g. about Your name, gender, age or other personal details).
  

• Any types of breaching the law
  

• Apart from the above, in addition We do not support any kind of intentional or unintentional law infringements. We kindly require You to notify Us with any attempts of breaching the law on Our Website.

1. RESPECT OTHERS’ BOUNDARIES
   

The Website provides its Users with high quality services by enabling Them to find right person on the basis of what They are looking for. The profile and characteristics of the platform involve ensuring certain standard of what is exhibited on it, thus We do not permit nudity, sexual content or the description of sexual fantasies on User’s profile. However, in private conversations Users are allowed to share that kind of content as long as the chat partner agrees. But remember, the crucial part is mutual consent.
