Terms for Purchasing Subscription Plans — ExclusiveDates

1. General Provisions

These Terms set out the rules for purchasing subscription plans on the ExclusiveDates dating service available at https://www.exclusivedates.com (the “Service”).
The Service provider and owner is Cashmore Limited, with its registered office at Artemidos Avenue 6, Artemis Court, 6th floor, Office 601, 6025 Larnaca, Cyprus, entered in the Cyprus Companies Register under number HE 438441 (the “Provider”).

2. Scope of Services

Within the Service, the user may purchase a subscription plan (the “Plan”) that enables access to additional features, such as:

• unlimited profile likes,
• unlimited chats,
• increased profile visibility (“profile boost”).

A Plan is purchased by selecting one of the available subscription options (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) and making an online payment via the payment operator servicing the Service.

3. Prices and Payments

Plan prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and include all applicable taxes.
Payment for a Plan is made electronically via the payment operator cooperating with the Service.
Access to paid features is activated immediately after the payment is credited.

4. Automatic Renewal

Some Plans may renew automatically if the user consents at the time of purchase.
The user may cancel automatic renewal at any time in their account settings.
If automatic renewal is cancelled, the current Plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Refunds)

A user who is a consumer using the Service from within the European Union has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.
If the user begins using paid features before the withdrawal period expires, they lose the right to a refund pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
To withdraw, the user should email support@exclusivedates.com with the subject “Odstąpienie od umowy” (“Withdrawal from the contract”).

6. Complaints

The user may submit complaints concerning the operation of the Service or paid services by email to: support@exclusivedates.com.
The Provider will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the user of the outcome.

7. Personal Data

The controller of users’ personal data is Cashmore Limited, Artemidos Avenue 6, Artemis Court, 6th floor, Office 601, 6025 Larnaca, Cyprus.
The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Final Provisions

Purchasing a Plan constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Service Terms of Use.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices and the content of these Terms; changes do not affect Plans already purchased.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by the laws of Cyprus and, for EU consumers, the relevant provisions of EU and national law (including the Consumer Rights Act).
